    yes, startup hiring is hard, but in some ways – it’s not THAT hard. there are SO many people out there who are unfulfilled and unchallenged in their current jobs. find these people. give them a purpose and a chance to prove themselves, then you can win together.

    unpopular opinion: South Bay is cooler than SF now...people are older (less bought into SF BS), more actual deep tech, beautiful views, trees, gardens, buck’s and village pub in woodside, minimal crime *and* similar (if not cheaper!) property market..
