Harper government’s repeal of s. 13 of the Canadian Human Rights Act in 2013 came at worst time as online hate was just getting started. S. 13 allowed the Canadian Human Rights Commission to investigate online hate speech and order it removed on lower than criminal standard.
I’am so please his bad behaviour has finally caught up with him. I unfortunately also know his sick actions first hand, as he made a series of videos about me.
