This was revealed by the Minister for Agriculture, Animal Industry and Fisheries Vincent Bamulangaki Ssempijja during official opening of the 27th Source of the Nile Agricultural Show in Jinja. This will be done to fulfill international market requirements.

Are these guys insane or there's nothing worth to invest in. I think the governemnt is nolonger propeople, the don't consult anymore
That is a tax they are introducing. Why a birth certificate for animals yet people don't have them? They will register birds. It could be a response to the cries about the propose coffee permits
