    Couldn't be happier about this result and hopefully the chance to watch her compete at Tokyo! I was lucky enough to train with and in Melbourne back in 2010/2011 and have been a fan watching from Canada since.

    Tremendous patience and maturity shown by , 41, at today. She was only in 24th place at halfway (1:13:38), then carefully worked her way up in the 2nd half, running a negative split (1:12:24) to finish 5th in 2:26:02. will be her 4th OG.

    As consumers, our biggest impact is to electrify/decarbonise our lives (heat, cooking, cars). As voters, is to vote/support policies that will do whatever is necessary to accelerate that same change in the economy and power grid via policy solutions

    Episode 20 of is live, with Saul Griffith from ! Saul is a legendary inventor (& human) and this episode does not disappoint. I can pretty much guarantee Saul’s perspective on climate change is different than any you have heard before.

    The Dutch cycle 15 billion km every year, which saves their healthcare system €19 billion. They've achieved this by doubling the size of their bike network since 1996, and they now spend €595 million annually on cycling, or €35 per resident. In England we spend £7 per person.

    Fun Saturday this weekend. I won the club champ award for my sub 71 half marathon in Sacramento back in March (very close and questionable decision by coach...😜). But I did win my 5th consecutive club beer mile 🍺…

    Skipped yesterday's workout because I wasn't recovered enough from weekend. Meant to do it today but may push it to tomorrow as well. Definitely a skill I'm getting better at as I've gotten older.
