The guests characterization of "trans activists" being opposed to the concept that gender is how you are classified and perceived by other people is only half right.
@ContraPoints regularly recognizes this way of defining gender -
trans activists are essentially arguing, in my view at least, that how a person feels/presents/prefers to be classified and perceived IS how people should classify and perceive them, as much as possible, because there's no good reason not to, and it makes their lives better.

I'm not going to listen to this, but do the hosts push back at all? I think at least one of them is trans, but on the other hand they signal boost aimeetrees, and I honestly don't give a shit enough to delve into it fuller

i guess the point of the show is essentially to goad the guest into saying something despicable so they usually will just agree with whatever the guest says. tbh i feel like this strategy works out in this episode given that... (1/2)
