Hey, I've been considering this as well. In my case there are modules relying on modules (js) for days. How do you determine percentages? This module we use 80%, this is 10%, etc...

Hard to say, but I also think data-driven approaches are flawed bc not every project needs $$ in same way. So you might use one 10% but that project relies entirely on donations, another 80% but it doesn't need any, etc

If I have 100+ packages, I don't mind dividing $ up to small percentages, but I just want to make sure it's somewhat representative of my use.
