Naval I can sit for hours with my mind wandering forever and do nothing I have to focus it back to my breadth. So focusing on breadth , is it okay ? I do a reverse order count on focusing on my breadth

Try the no effort route first. It may take time to clear your mind. That’s the 60-days part. What you consider wandering may be unresolved thoughts that you need to hear, and focus and effort techniques delay the resolving process.
