Too many people think in labels.

Get to experience it the most during hiring process. The asymmetry between skilled people and recruiters is quite significant.

100%. It’s incredible how much people are willing to pay for B-school. Basically, just purchasing status to obtain a specific job.

Seriously. We need to take away this unnecessary power that these universities have over the job market. Why do we need ‘formal’ recruiting?

Universities are known to pass sub par students to get average pass ranking higher which reflects well on the school.... this produces an incompetent workforce that will be a determent to companies and "graduates" for years to come.

Spray and pray. Incremental risk of passing more students vs the payoff if students are lucky and succeed in spite of poor University scoring. Soft/less quantifiable skills would used to blame insufficient filtering, thus no accountability for the university.
