this vid is only a shock to anyone who thinks great whites actually live up to the "Jaws" movie reputation. in reality these sharks are very intelligent and cautious by nature and prefer to hunt by ambush. this diver obviously knows this thru experience but is still very brave

Sharks are cold blooded and big ones even benefit from a built-in homeostasis due to their sizes and organ placement. They don't [need to] eat as often as people might think and they're not biting everything that swims around all the time. But yeah balls of steel still :)
