    Of the 80 defendants in PA overdose cases in the first half of last year, at least 59 were drug users. Roughly half had a relationship with the victim other than that of dealer. That group included 6 boyfriends, 1 girlfriend, a cousin, a brother and a son.

    There's more that goes into being a good/bad landlord than just running a clean building. Charging the legal rent is another important factor, though I admit that getting data on that is tough - here was my struggle:
