WOW. I'm so sorry. Your state looks to really NOT have your back. In a real state the state AG would be getting ready to sue the pants off of Griddy for price gouging. This is crazy. There must be some group you can work with to start lobbying.

The TX govt is the one that approved it to be allowed to operate like this. They don't care. Texas is a completely different beast

Ohh that is terrible! We finally got back power and water yesterday. These past 5 days have been insane. There were no hotels so we "slept " in our cars. I had to sleep separately because I have covid. This has been nothing short of hell.
