How does this system prevent false flagging of content?

Only qualified/approved content owners can use this system and we look into misuse of our copyright tools, up to terminating abusive users. There's also a process for uploaders to dispute Content ID claims. Here's more info on the guidelines: https://goo.gl/WjJ65M

When you say “terminate” don’t you mean ban them for a month then everything’s magically cool?

No...they terminate your whole channel and you can’t get it back. They terminated my channel 2 years ago with thousands of views and subs

Paul brothers. They don’t usually terminate the video. They monetize them and make the profits. I have maybe had 2 of their videos and only claimed them. You gotta start of her man. I got depressed when they terminated my first channel. But I came harder and better. You can too.

I’m talking about a very specific set of events that involved one of the Paul brothers recorded a dead body then getting banned for maybe a month, and that’s it.

It’s old news. I was making fun of YouTube for picking and choosing who they punish. I actually love YouTube and I think they get a raw deal sometimes. But I was joking about how hypocritical it is to ban people for copyright and not for literally recording dead people.
