    Today the government has made a welcome decision to give extra protection to renters beyond May. But many people will feel the financial impact of coronavirus long into the future. That's why we're asking them to consider extending longer eviction notice periods beyond October.

    The Queen announces the government will be implementing the Building Safety Bill in their next parliament which is good news. This Bill will provide a whole new building regulations system and should provide certainty on building safety in the long term.
