1) Interpol abuse: SG detained on arrival in Kenya on an Interpol notice for an old criminal case. Yet obvious he was a political target, which is forbidden under Interpol rules, as evidenced by President Erdogan's statements & Turkish state media.

2) Cooperation: SG was in Kenya Oct-May unable to travel due to notice. Detained May 3 by Kenyan police. Last seen May 5. On May 6, a Kenyan court rules to stay his extradition. Yet by May 19 Erdogan hints he is in Turkish custody, and transfer is announced May 31.

How can someone(Selahattin Gulen) who is still on trial at the Court of Cassation be abducted from a country with strong law like Kenya?
