Pretty crazy: I believe there are 3 GOP Senators from Clinton states and 9 Dem. Senators from Trump states, but GOP has easy ctrl of Senate

This is one of those moments when I wonder: "what if there's nothing electorally wrong with the Ds, except geographic bias"

Bingo. Concentration of D voters in 12-15 cities is death in the Senate.

If Senate Dems wanted to split CA into 3-4 states & New York into 2, they had plenty of chances. Or make DC a state. But they don't care.

What do the D's even stand for these days? All we hear is vitriol, we don't hear a thing about what they will do for us.

The Senate is way more stacked against the Dems than the Electoral College. At least EC votes have some relation to population size.

The WTA part of the EC is very biased towards the white working class, at least right now
