Nah this late in the process, it’s just a political stunt by Evers. Not defending either side, but if he was serious, Evers would have done something earlier, it’s just not that hard.
UPDATE: Wisconsin Republicans say they're going to the the WI supreme court to block Evers' order that went into effect immediately.
