Unfortunately, it's become a political hot potato. There are a lot of people invested in an outcome one way or another for understandable reasons. (Some sold the pandemic high, some sold it low) I'm guessing the guys at redstate pursued it more aggressively than other cohorts.

Thanks for pointing to the pre-print. Appears to be much better randomized sampling and adjusting for age, ethnicity and income. TL;DR: Weighted prevalence of antibodies 5.23%, '35x to 68x times higher' than county-reported numbers of confirmed infected.
