what is vitalism and what is Will to Power, define and differentiate please

mainly i don't know what vitalism is, i think WtP is simply that force which each thing exerts on each other thing which turns subjugated things into extensions of its will, ie. its basic tendencies, its efforts to subjugate more things to its will
