Disagree. Anthills, at least in popular conception, bring to mind homogeneity: each ant is relatively indistinguishable from the others. Justice League model maintains relative equality while each person gets to "win" at something.
So this is the power of mass culture, where superheroes, more than actual insects, bring to mind the concept of extreme specialization.
