Reading about great men of power makes me tremble with desire. I am plotting a path. The time will come when the republic is elevated to an empire. Julius Caesar reborn without a Brutus. Power at last fulfilled in what America should have been, and will be.

Tallis @nastyinmuhtaxiWhen Cineas told Pyrrhus he didn't need to conquer the Western world from Rome to Sicily in order to be happy, he misunderstood both Pyrrhus and life; for in some men there is what Stendhal termed "the sacred flame" - a power, a drive, a vision; and the means which always follow. pic.twitter.com/BTGrp15w251 reply 0 retweets 0 likes

There is no such thing as a great man without the means - Raskolnikov wasn't great.
The means only exist for great men to use them: this sidewalk, this terrace, this economy, these ressources - they are waiting, like a bride at the altar. Who has the ring... one of us, perhaps?
