After my workout i practised breathing because i neglected it nowdays. And i'm so calm and relaxed. Awesome what breathing can do.

https://youtu.be/1d3gcg5iNY4 I did a light stretching with slow controlled breathing, after that i did a very slow full lung in and out until it got really easy, than the short burst ones 5 times like 30-40 and some long inhales and shorter mouth exhales. Nothing fancy yet.
