Mr. Rogozin's seen Elon's "Nuke Mars" t-shirts in the SpaceX store (I bought one) and notes such a plan is "unlikely to succeed in blowing up Mars" but is a "pretext for launching fusion weapons into outer space" with "the US is heading for the militarization of space."
