      Letto, purtroppo non risolve la questione anche se fa notare come la direttiva SGDRs impone restrizioni che CC 3.0 non supporta.

      Inoltre, DBpedia (e Wikipedia) usano CC-BY-SA proprio per evitare questi problemi. CC0 rendera' quasi impossibile avere tutto dentro @wikidata e metterla al centro della LOD. E se guardate https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T193728  il problema riguarda anche gli import wikipedia->wikidata

      dbpedia va in cc-by-sa perché i contenuti di Wikipedia sono con quella licenza Aggiungi che quella licenza non è compatibile con la odbl (OSM) Lo share alike sui dati moltiplica i problemi

      e ancora: si dovrebbero cambiare le licenze sia per chi produce che per wikipedia wikidata e osm per permettere un cerchio virtuoso e armonizzare il processo. chi rinuncerà a cosa?

      peró @GiorgiaLodi se si facessero delle raccomandazioni del tipo: i dati geografici che ne so delle strade e civici è consigliabile che abbiano licenza CC0 o odbl (esempio) perchè andrebbero su osm etc aiuterebbe la PA produttrice. non tutti pensano alla filiera del riuso

      C’era un messaggio in questo enorme thread che forse è sfuggito: i casi ad hoc sono un cancro per l’opendata. Se scriviamo come dici qui CC0 o OdBL mi immagino già i dubbi e, nel dubbio, non faccio nulla così non sbaglio. Ha ragione @morenaragone argomento delicatissimo

      non è sfuggito e non parlo di licenze ad hoc ma di raccomandazioni. se produci X, sappi che è un dataset potenzialmente e (dire in maniera quasi dedicata) indicato per essere riusato da Y:ti raccomandiamo quindi di usare la licenza Z per avere massimo riuso.è una moral persuation

      Non so, non mi piace ragionare su singoli dataset. I dataset si collegano tra loro e se si collegano con diverse licenze consigliate, magari incompatibili, che accade? Che è poi il punto più critico e più interessante secondo me sollevato da @i_m_andrea grazie al caso Wikidata

      concordo sul discorso singoli dataset. È per questo motivo che guarderei meglio alle licenze CCDLA di Linux Foundation. http://de.straba.us/2018/08/22/community-data-license-agreement-permissive-una-licenza-opendata-ben-studiata/ … Mi sembrano pragmatiche anche se sicuramente c'è qualche gabola /cc @carlopiana
