Excited for our `0.2.9` release featuring better support for surface timeseries, a new attenuated maximum intensity projection rendering mode, improved isosurface rendering, finer grained contrast limits controls and more!

Launching via works on as well. You just have to wrestle with conda and pip over Qt5 for a bit.

I finally got to display images from via PyCall.jl. There's a little work involved to map the API over, but otherwise everything mostly works.

How reading OME-TIFF files from Python became easier?

data is definitely more specific. The first step would be to get the intensity data into (from .sdt files for example). Then, based on .sdt files, show the first moment (with intensity weighting). Then, all the other fitted parameters.

I'm not familiar with .sdt files but looks like you can get them into python with so we should be able to get them into pretty easily. If you try, let me know if you have problems, or if you want to send over a file I can take a quick look!

was my first idea I've used it and it's really cool and powerful. If you look for other solution I've seen this thread during the Hackathon on jupiter notebook but I haven't try it yet.

Indeed, I'm not aware of sth like this. If would have time I'd spent it on trying to do 3D vis using Very promising IMHO.
