That's NOT the issue. Mass transit should be free for the riders, and safe, and clean. Cops aren't the answer, and pricing people out of it isn't the answer. You're not going to find the answer solely in mass transit. Use your head.

I've ridden public transport all over the world, Chicago, New York, London, Paris and having secured gates and/or secure turnstiles will help. I ride our trains (and pay) I'm amazed at how many people just walk on without paying and use the system or hang out. There's your issue

Keeping this up front, please help with whatever you can!

I’m seeing a lot of DEI positions open. It would help if places listed in the postings whether they want a white woman who won’t make them feel too guilty or a Black woman they can use for publicity.

We are only going to grow 8.5% in the next 20 years. We grew 12.5% in the last 20. Imagine all you want but millennials are not having enough sex to produce enough babies to transform Mpls into Chicago densities.

on may 12, 2020 the mps school board voted for the CDD. this gave MPS leadership unilateral decision making on the future for students & schools. the CDD was marketed as “equity”, but my school, 92% students of color & 75% FRL, is losing our engineering & communication programs.

We need transit ambassadors ASAP on the Green Line. I just shut down one guy who was smoking some pipe and then another who was smoking something off of tinfoil. Then I had a person said that I should have just moved to another car if I disliked the smoke. Unacceptable.

A reminder that, while a valuable tool, paxlovid can have extremely impactful and harmful interactions with other medications, leading to extreme and precipitous periods of depression and/or mania. 3 treatment professionals missed these interactions with my medications.

Weeeelllll. drugs.com/interactions-c Paxlovid can significantly increase available Cymbalta (duloxetine), and significantly decrease Wellbutrin (bupropion) in your bloodstream. This is a Big Deal. If I'd know, I'd have at least have the possibility for making plans...

So instead of plowing our streets properly with the tax money we already pay, they turned it into a way to steal more money from thousands of residents. Please tell me I’m not the only one seeing it

Weird, right? Almost like the activists are actually just there to help their most vulnerable neighbors idk 🤷🏻‍♀️

To be COMPLETELY FUCKING CLEAR: we DO have evidence of police being extremely violent at evictions going back almost 2 yrs to the attempted eviction of Near North in 2021. An easy-to-find video recorded that day shows MPD pigs punching a young person before doing the…

“…books can be dangerous to those in power, especially when they are in the hands of folks who are organizing to fight for liberation. That’s why we publish them. That's why they’re trying to ban them.” made 3 ebooks free for all here: haymarketbooks.org/blogs/480-defe
The racist governor of Florida continues to escalate his attacks on the freedom to learn and teach history. We at Haymarket stand in solidarity with all those in Florida and across the country who are organizing to resist. We know that books can be dangerous to those in power, especially when they are in the hands of folks who are organizing to fight for liberation. That’s why we publish them. That's why they’re trying to ban them.

It’s interesting that you think that the people who hid the Frank family did it bc they didn’t want to comply with the law and not bc they cared enough about vulnerable people that they were willing to risk their own lives. Refusing to wear a mask is the opposite of what they did
