I talk a lot about how you can’t be a great developer without great communication skills, but I don’t think people grok how _directly_ your communication skills are reflected in your codebase. Let me give you an example.

I see #hoarding as a direct consequence of #capitalism.
With open source (and the fact one could write most #nodejs #packages in hours at most) I seriously doubt #development would have anything to do with it.

That being said, the type you are talking about (where it is a "trait") does exist. You can recognize them by the fact they are so obsessed with
#code they wrote (e.g. "spent their precious life writing"), that they'd never throw any out. (The "utils.js" / "functions.php" type.)Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo
