Apparently it's not easy at all, according to a guy I watched who was topping all leaderboards on expert mode with both dual and single saber. https://www.twitch.tv/videos/256570258?t=01h46m30s … The boxes seem to be different in no-arrows mode. Maybe the arrows also help with guiding you into the next?

no arrows means you can hit the boxes whatever direction you want as long as the colour is correct
