Oh god nooo, I moved back to my parents for the Summer until Sep and they don’t have Virgin around here unfortunately but had to close my acc with Virgin, I’ll be back with them thankfully in Sep! And omg did it never get sorted??

Aaah that's good to hear!! Everything is fine on my end now, it just took them 4 weeks since they needed to get council permission to dig the road to replace cables
