Best try catch it and get it out of there. They're not smart. It might panic and try fly into your mirror and break its neck. Just grab it and bring it out. Try a towel to catch it with the door closed.

I managed to get it to fly into the room next to the shower room and out a window I just opened. Let out a little chirp before leaving which was cute but I hope it's alright. Been just me here for a month now so thought I got broken into or something lmaooo;;
