Just so unmotivated to do anything anymore - the main reason I chose to go to Uni/stick it out for 2+ years so far was because of that opportunity. I can always get a 3-6 month visa but finding a place to stay for that long is near impossible without Uni. I don't know what to do.

Unfortunately not, you only get one-shot and they're only offering me Europe Study Abroad options instead. :/

Degrees are really important if you want to move to other countries these days so you can have a reason to move there for a job. Especially the states. Keep at it nano.

You've got this Nano, don't give up. Take a break if you have to. Some time for yourself is always reinvigorating. There'll be more opportunities. For now, try to relax for a bit and review your options. Don't lose hope, there's always another way.
