Sounds like anxiety getting to you or stress. Dissociation is what it sounds like. Extremely normal for someone over worked or over worried about something. This is to include the odd existential crisis too that we can fall into from time to time.

My remedy? Get some stress relief tea and maybe get a few extra winks of sleep.

Is something on your mind that has been bothering you more than usual? Sometimes putting a face to the idea helps pick it apart. Maybe try something new for yourself, streaming or privately, to pull yourself back into your normal feelings?

I know that for me, I feel something similar when I'm panicking about stuff related to my irl job and feeling immense imposter syndrome. What usually helped start the recovery for it was just putting the fears into words to others who were willing to listen and not give solutions

Red dead is pretty good for stopping the overthink. It's real easy to just go into cowboy mode and only really care about the things in front of you. Same with gym.
