Got a cbd vape pen for when I get home. Hopefully it will help with my anxiety (that has been absurdly bad lately) and help keep me relaxed. My life inst stressful yet I feel constantly stressed for no reason whatsoever.
I just started using one when I got back from Berlin and it actually helps me quite a lot with anxiety! Definitely recommend!
