Staying healthy is important, don't over work yourself if you're not 100% take the time to rest and get yourself back on your feet. You can't always be 100% especially when you're really ill, it's completely understandable. Shouldn't be sorry for something you can't control

That illness has being making the rounds I had it too get ya self some throat sweets yogurt fruit just and just bunker down till is subsided I had it like 3 weeks because I was at work in the cold with it

as someone who just recovered from being sick w/ fevers and all that good stuff, take your time. I thought I was "good enough" a week ago, just to get hit right back with an extra 5 days of feeling like shit for stressing my body. Nobody holds it against you <3
