    I know the developers behind the app are getting the brunt of the blame this morning, but I haven’t seen any reports of a technical failure. It appears that “user error” is mostly to blame which indicates the state party didn’t deploy it properly with training etc.

    This is a thing of beauty. It’s inclusive, inspiring, very, very strong. He sounds downright presidential. It’s a damn shame the Iowa Caucus Debacle robbed him from the chance of giving it while most Americans were still awake.

    This seems to disregard the possibility that the Buttigieg precinct captains have a better internal reporting system than the Iowa Democratic party and the campaign legitimately believes the data shows it won.

    I guess the inspiration for Buttigieg here is Bill Clinton, with barely any votes counted, declaring that the results of the 1992 NH primary, which he would end up losing by 8 points, had made him “the comeback kid”
