    Let’s not forget the faces of those who voted to criminalize resting in public space. They should not be allowed to rest either. Vote them all out.

    Every LA City Council Member except for and voted to pass 41.18, which criminalizes sitting, sleeping, and lying down in many public spaces throughout LA. Unless vetoes it, the ordinance will take effect in 31 days.

    If somebody doesn't agree with you 100% then it doesn't mean they oppose you 100%. Nor that they must believe the complete opposite of what you do. Can we please stop creating false dichotomies on everything? It's a terrible trend.

    This DTLA nightclub (Grand/7th) occupies the public sidewalk for private profits every weekend, forcing pedestrians into the street. At the same time the city is further criminalizing public homelessness, businesses get to do this with public space.
