But the question still remains as to why no one at Google/YouTube can explain to me why my account has been suspended. How is it fair to a loyal customer to suspend an account, yet not know why?
@TeamYouTube I was able to get help from customer support as to why I am still being charged for premium services since January yet my account has been suspended for a reason unknown to me. The gentleman I spoke with this evening has now refunded all of that money.

The gentleman I spoke to stated the records show I have been trying to get an answer since February 15th and he can see that no one has bothered to get in touch with. He stated he, too, would be upset for not knowing what wrong was done with no chance to correct the problem.
