Yea, but what exactly is the problem? If someone is able to memory dump outlook.exe on your machine, he can also just monitor keyboard inputs, get your browser cookies, steal locally saved sessions, etc.

But that’s also the other problem. Windows doesn’t protect any of these vectors, especially in consumer versions.

Weirdly, Windows doesn’t have a general sandboxing technology built in and third-party software has to implement their own versions. Instead, it has a product, Windows Sandbox (Pro and Enterprise), that uses virtualization.
