Turns out Riot is requiring esports players to enable windows security features like -Secure Boot and TPM 2.0 -HVCI (Core Isolation) -Kernel DMA Protection Why not do this for ranked if it helps against combatting cheaters?

Because it causes a lot of friction with users, especially since some ACs like ESEA force you to disable HVCI. But I guess someone playing both CSGO and Valorant at high levels is unimaginable and unheard of.

The "users" affected are just pro players and it only applies to tournament clients. So disabling and enabling hvci is something these pros have to deal with only occasionally - also pc reboots are usually done in less than 2 minutes on recent pc's.
