please explain the purpose of your abuse team if all they will do is forward an abuse complaint to the criminals? I provided evidence of the abuse which you could check even if you can't access the content.

Exactly this problem is why all abuse complaint handling goes like this in the hosting industry. Imagine the same for your ISP - someone torrents some random movie and the internet exchange would just disconnect the whole ISP from the internet? That'd be stupid.
I also don't understand why would you be against the forwarding. Either action is taken, or they reply "fuck you" and *then* Hetzner can take action now that the party not taking action is identified as their direct customer.
