please explain the purpose of your abuse team if all they will do is forward an abuse complaint to the criminals? I provided evidence of the abuse which you could check even if you can't access the content.

Exactly this problem is why all abuse complaint handling goes like this in the hosting industry. Imagine the same for your ISP - someone torrents some random movie and the internet exchange would just disconnect the whole ISP from the internet? That'd be stupid.
I once created a user on my server for a friend to upload stuff for school, and he later used the SSH connection to tunnel to the internet. This was a big problem when his device had malware and constantly sent inexplicable malicious requests everywhere.
