Just curious: how bad is it to have JIT disabled for Javascript nowadays? Is the performance hit really perceivable to the end user in day-to-day life?
it's good enough that Edge's "Strict" security level disables it by default. The major hurdle I encountered was WebAssembly, but now that's supported in Edge on Windows, hopefully soon on Linux too.
