In Boston, it's illegal for restaurants to allow dogs on patios even outdoors. It's only sporadically enforcemenced but fines do come down. Most restaurants ignore this. The ones that don't get yelled at by angry customers. Please don't yell at the restaurant. Fix the stupid law.

So Fedora has just crippled it's distro removing the ability for their Mesa package to allow GPU decoding with major codes like h264, h265 and vc1 lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/
