I don't know who needs it... but I spent way too much time trying to determine how to create a mountable ISO image for Windows. Found this simplified method, as opposed to using the OSTA specs and doing it by hand.

interesting, it can even add an ESP image for ElTorito EFI booting. Now I just wish it could create those hacky ISOs with MBR at the beginning.
