What is it with driver developers and happily exposing wrmsr to usermode?

they are all copypastes of WinRing0 (https://github.com/5455945/WinRing0_1_3_0…) or WinIo (https://github.com/starofrainnight/winio…) usually also in violation of the later one's license. Why microsoft keeps signing these is beyond me
