    To me, this is by far the best online intro course to cryptocurrencies to date. I wish I had this kind of entertaining, yet very solid content when I started learning about Bitcoin. Can't wait for the remaining 7 chapters. Hats off to !

    In the Bitcoin whitepaper, Satoshi Nakamoto cited b-money, cryptographic timestamping services, Merkle trees, and Hashcash. His fundamental innovation was using proof-of-work to create a new consensus protocol, which sits at the core of Bitcoin.
