I actually read twitter or news articles film it makes me tired again. YMMV. If the politics is keeping you awake stick to travel articles etc

I normally do this too (👋) but am thinking that maybe a bright screen in my face isn’t the most brilliant strategy?

I’ve found that NOT trying to solve the overactivity in my brain, that is, simply accepting that it exists, not thinking of the past or the future, helps a lot.

I’ve tried this too and realized there’s basically a biological switch that needs toggling, and it will toggle itself when it damn well pleases...normally 2-3 hours later. Staying present for that long is 🥴
