More than half a million letters inviting people to be vaccinated will be sent in the coming days. @RoyalMail delays have been so bad - because covid is knocking out staff - that I am worried about them arriving. Is there a way to prioritise these letters, @nadhimzahawi?

One of my hospitals actually emails me! Talking with a consultant and a secretary, the paper load is more self perpetuating than technophobic.

@TheMankster Elderly people often suffer from poor hearing and can't always hear the phone, and others wont answer to unknown numbers because they have been told not to due to fraud. These people are more used to the older technology of a letter in the post. - Pokaż odpowiedzi

I live in Newham, one of the worst impacted boroughs by Covid-19, I got my 1st mail delivery since Christmas YESTERDAY, 8th Jan! There were letters dated to the 18th December in it. How is it possible to bypass these backlogs through royal mail? I fear appointments will be missed
