Book as a whole isn't bogus, but may contain some errors (like every book out there), but I can easily imagine how Walker could reply to some of these counter claims because they're just not saying the same thing.

Lol. I have better things to do than feed trolls. if someone is idiotic enough to legitimately believe sleeping less is better for their health, it's their bed... they can sleep in it. Or not, I guess. :P
