The scientist Patrick Brown: (1) invented DNA microarrays; (2) founded Impossible Foods; and (3) founded PLOS (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PLOS - a prominent open access journal). Just one of these would have made somebody's career, doing all three is astonishing.
