Is there a good app out there to organize visual notes? I find I capture a crazy amount of relevant info with cell camera / screen capture

Really don't believe I've seen anything that uses camera/notes as organizational paradigm. Evernote too heavy and not built for it.
Completely agree. About once a year I take a full look trying to find something like this but haven't succeeded yet.
